What are the small business trends for 2024, you ask? Well, you're about to know so you don't get left behind - and can effectively grow your new business!

• make sure you have a website no matter what you sell/offer
• be on a few platforms/social media, but don't feel like you need to be on everything, shoppers now like to see your website & your Instagram, for example, or could be your podcast/youtube channel + a social platform, etc
• make sure your checkout experience is easy
• payment plans are loved right now, so offer them :)
• Ads are still popular, but pricing has gone through the roof so buyer beware (the buyer = you as the advertiser, the buyer of ads)
• Live commerce - selling on TikTok/Instagram lives
• Re-commerce is popular - reselling used goods like electronics, clothing, etc
• Subscriptions are still popular
• Buy online & pick up locally is big, so if you sell locally, consider offering this!
• AI is booming - helping you write & also with images
