So many new business owners I work with ask about how the heck to manage your business while also holding down a full-time or full-time job. In today's episode, I share 5 essential tips!

Here's a summary of the tips I talk about today & share stories to help you:
1. Be grateful you actually have a steady income and support this business venture with that money. SO MUCH LESS STRESS this way.
2. Learn how to be productive. You have to be smart about how you work.
3. Set goals so you know what you are working towards. And your goals may change as your business gets rolling, but maybe it's to get your product/service ready. Then your goal is to get your website up. Then it's to make your first 20 sales. Etc.

4. You need a support system possibly personally and also you need help from a business mentor or coach. I wish so badly I had a coach during my years with my boutiques - and that is part of the reason I started this business. You know my whole mission is to help you build a fulfilling & impactful business...and I'm here if you believe we are a great fit!
5. Give yourself grace. You are doing a ton. You are dealing with a ton. You are courageous for pursuing your dream. There is a lot to manage - and how amazing are you! GIVE YOURSELF GRACE!
