3.You care deeply about the quality of your product/service & how people like it and get use of it.

Negative things:

1. Mishaps bring you way down.

2. You are so passionate about selling a certain thing, that you don't innovate or shift things to offer it in a new way so that you are relevant in the marketplace.

3. You don't let go of your business soon enough when the writing is on the wall.
