Ep 225: Imposter syndrome is real & how to get past it.

Feel like you're not qualified to be running a business charging people for what you offer? Yes, there is a name for it: imposter syndrome and it's real.

Imposter syndrome is when you feel like you are not really qualified to be running your business/selling your stuff. You may not feel confident putting yourself out there because you are worried about what people think of you. And you have a hard time charging prices that are actually a smart business decision.

Today I talk you through the negative results of feeling like an imposter like low self-confidence, low confidence with other people, inability to price your stuff effectively and prevents you from investing in yourself/your business.

Then I talk you through three steps for getting past imposter syndrome. If you can agree on these 3 things...then you will be well on your way to getting past it!

1. Acknowledge you're good at what you do.

2. Agree that if someone paid you $1, you could help them.

3. Acknowledge that someone out there values the knowledge you ALREADY have.

I sincerely hope that you really soak in today's episode & realize that what you are feeling is normal, but it's something you can work on so it doesn't hamper you or fabulous business :)
